Hello everyone, please see our latest newsletter and link for great work by our team last month.

Three weeks after its launch, the service is starting to bed-in, but we are very aware that it has been introduced at a time of disruption and significant pressure on our collections. This has made it harder to deliver a smooth launch of the new service.
We apologise for that and understand that there may be some frustration among residents. We would ask that people bear with us through this difficult period and not lose sight of the environmental benefits of the services. The disruption to collections is temporary, those benefits are permanent.
We expect to be able to provide figures for extra recycling collected in South Somerset in the next and final Recycle More Messenger.
